The lower uplift load reduces the size of the upper “uplift” beam bars in the slab and reduces the amount of concrete “ballast” required, substantially.
The package price is hard to beat. Its environmentally sensitive – which means it can be installed in conservation areas, high water-tables, or rock, and it’s installed by the end user.
